Refund policy

Each piece is handmade and cut to order, to the size you choose. It is made for that order, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind.

If it arrives damaged, or it is not the piece you ordered, write to raymusemitch@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. The house will repair it, remake it, or refund it.
